we are a 990 square foot beautiful naturally lit photography studio.
to be specific:
441 E Market St, York PA
all kinds of photography sessions ( no kids under the age of 10) workshops, classes, all events, collabs
because we care about a communal space that uplifts all individuals and all walks of life and offers a positive environment to create vulnerably.
THE FACTS & BENEFITS

+we are located in an old wire making warehouse called new york wire works built in 1888.
+this is currently being renovated into artist studios and creative spaces + an event space + a market style restaurant with drinks and a cafe + two shopping markets, which offers clients and tenants a chance to shop, eat and drink while working or attending to a studio
+ multiple cameras all over the property allow for full guaranteed safety
+ there is a parking lot for the facility which allows tenants and guests to park for free
+ there are stairs and an elevator for inclusive navigation through the property
+ there are 3 very large windows that allow for an abundance of light
+ the square footage is 990 square foot which offers lots of flexibility and mobility
+ the ceilings are high, at least 25ft.
+ there is a bed area with a queen size bed, a lounge setup and a backdrop/fabric area to photograph at. all furniture is allowed to be moved for multi use.
+ especially if hosting an event in the space, furniture can be adjusted accordingly
+ there is a hair and makeup area to bring in any artist
+ there is a changing room with mirror to provide privacy while changing
+ there will eventually be a small area for drinks and coffee with a mini fridge to pull from
+ there is a wireless speaker to play music of your choice
+ there are different pillow and blanket color options to swap out if you'd like

THE SPACE
* we are currently furnishing the space, so it looks bare as of now but won't be for long! still rentable without all furniture.*
this is the backdrop/fabric area where we'll have a backdrop stand and/or fabric hanging from the pipe you see above.
this is the entry space with incense because we care about positive energy, a place to take off shoes + hang up coat.
soon to be lounge space.
